Refund & Return Policy

All sales are final on all perfume oils and personal care products. Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items.

Exception — Unopened & Unused Items If you receive your order and the item is completely unopened and unused in its original packaging, you may be eligible for a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. To request a refund, contact us at risqueycosmetics@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. If approved, we will provide return instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at risqueycosmetics@gmail.com so we can make it right.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

European Union If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, provided the item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with proof of purchase.
