What's Your Shipping Policy?

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipments of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. An email containing your shipment detail, tracking number with a direct connect to the us postal service for tracking your order within 24 hours of purchase. Please allow 3-7 days for Domestic shipping and 10-15 days for International orders.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Our shipping method is the US Postal Service. For Domestic shipping method is as followed: 

  • Standard Shipping estimated delivery time would be from 3-7 business days (orders over $50 are free)
  • For 2 business day shipping the amount will start at $7.35
  • For Overnight Shipping the amount is $25.50
Do You Offer International Shipping?
  • Standard International Shipping estimated delivery time would be from 10-15 business days in which we ship worldwide (orders over $60 are free)
  • Priority Shipping estimated delivery time would be between 6-10 business days starting from $25.85.
  • The post office may impose additional fees or other surcharges as part of customs and tax process that we are not responsible for.
What About Customs, Duties and Taxes?

Risque'y is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


My Item(s) Were Damaged During Shipping. What's Happens Next?
Risque'y is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim
What Is Your Return & Refund Policy?

We do not offer refunds.

You have up to 7 days to exchange an UNUSED item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or order # for proof of purchase.

Once we receive your item we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your exchange after inspecting the item. If your exchange is approved, we will also ask what item(s) you'd like as a replacement.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
